A site about trust should not bury this part. Here is everything this site collects, why, how long it keeps it, and how to change your mind. It is short because there is not much to tell.
One thing: Google Analytics. It tells us which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are, so we can write the site better. That is the whole list.
We do not run advertising off it. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a data broker. We do not build a profile of you and follow you around the internet. If you fill in a form or email us, we get what you send us and nothing more.
If you are visiting from the EU or the UK, none of this loads until you accept it. Decline and Google Analytics never starts. Everywhere else, it runs by default, and you can still turn it off below.
All of these belong to Google Analytics. There are no others.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells Google Analytics one visit from another, so a returning reader is not counted as a new one. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_<id> | Keeps the state of your session for this specific property. | Up to 2 years |
| _gid | Groups your page views within a day. | 24 hours |
You are in control of the one thing we collect. Change it here, any time, and the change takes effect immediately.
Turning it off deletes the analytics cookies this site set in your browser and reloads the page without them. You can also block or clear cookies in your own browser settings, which we will always respect.
The video embeds. Our videos load from YouTube's privacy mode, which means YouTube sets nothing until you press play. Press play and YouTube sets its own cookies, under its own policy, not ours.
The free Trust Diagnostic. If you run the scanner, we record the address you scanned and the IP it came from, so we can stop abuse and see that the tool is being used. We do not link that to your name, and we do not use it to contact you unless you ask us to.
A person, not a ticket queue.
Email matt@salesledmarketing.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. You will get an answer from Matt. This page was last updated on 7 September 2026.
