Trust Readiness Diagnostic

How much of a buyer's trust does your site earn?

A first-time visitor decides in seconds how much of what you say they intend to believe, and they decide it on the site, alone, before a rep ever gets a vote. This free read scores that the way a skeptical buyer would, across the signals of the Trust Readiness Standard. No email, no sign-up, nobody follows up.

It reads your primary pages, names where trust leaks, and ranks the leaks by what they cost. It does not tell you how to fix them. That is the paid conversation.

It reads several pages with a real browser and scores each signal in turn, so give it up to a couple of minutes.

One thing is capping this score

The signals a buyer checks before they believe you
The story a stranger reads, in nine parts
The order to close the leaks

How to read this. Trust Readiness measures one thing: how much of a first-time visitor's trust the site earns before anyone talks to them. It is not a measure of design, traffic, or SEO. The read above comes first because a number nobody understands does not change anything and a paragraph somebody recognises does. Underneath it, ten signals are weighed on the pages a buyer would actually walk, nine scored in this free read and one, off-domain corroboration, held for the paid evaluation. They group into three persuasion pillars, plus a hygiene check, with the leaks ranked by what they cost. It names the problems. It does not prescribe the fixes.

Every point left on the table is a buyer who hesitated.

The score shows where trust leaks. The next step is deciding which gaps cost you the most and what closing them is worth. That is the conversation we have with clients, and it starts from this same read, done by hand.

This one has to be read by a person, not the tool.

Too few of your pages rendered enough content for an automated read, most often because the site builds itself with JavaScript after loading or turns automated readers away at the door. That is a limit of the automated check, not a verdict on your site.

So we won't hand you a number we didn't earn. A low score here would be a measurement error, and putting a grade we can't stand behind on a trust report would make us exactly the kind of company this read is built to catch.

Book 45 minutes and Matt runs the full read himself, then walks into the meeting with your report already prepared: the same signals, the same honest read, no charge.

Get the real read, done by hand.

The tool couldn't see your site. Matt can. He'll do the full read before the call and bring it with him, so you leave the 45 minutes knowing exactly where trust leaks and what it's costing you.
